Contacted through a university job site. Wrote a cpp program for the preliminary screen and was then asked for an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of the manager trying to sell the company to me and doing a small tweak to the coding problem that I had done previously. I then interviewed with team members, there was no technical question asked. They just asked me about stuff on my resume.
