Interviewed for an Art Director position. The interview was not difficult and went really well. They said they would contact me to have me stop in to meet some of the team and discuss more details. They never contacted me after the initial interview and never returned my emails/calls.

Fairly standard interview process. One virtual round, with two people. Second round in person, 30 minute segments with different groups of people for several hours. Overall people were nice. They didn't seem to have a concrete idea of what clients I'd be working on, or what team I'd be placed into.
