Pretty laid back. Phone screen then another phone interview. Then went in a met the team in a informal manner to see if I clicked with the group. After that there was a interview with HR. Got the offer after that.

Where they truly excel is their HR department, which heavily encourages 1st level references - which is referring your ex-colleagues for any open positions.
The interview process has overall two rounds, one is technical and another one is manager round.
