I got to know about HiPower through naukri.com . As an 2017 pass out I was getting frustrated , so I decided to attend the interview. I thought it would be an easy one.
But , it was not easy. A very systematic interview process which includes:-
Creative Writing - You have to accurate with your Grammar and should have a very strong hold of the English language
HR Round- It was a friendly round , the HR made things easy for me and asked some basic questions from my CV
Oops Round- Now this is a tricky thing they will test your patience and ask simple yet tricky questions , you need to hold your nerves tight.

The main thing they look for is how well you communicate. This is an added advantage for you to get into the company. Do not get nervous. Be confident in whatever you say. Don't show any sort of hesitation about the shifts.
