Degrading Experience. I recently went through an extensive and rigorous interview process with this company, only to be met with a profoundly disappointing experience. After completing the final interview, I heard nothing for over a week. Despite my attempts to follow up, including calls and emails, I received no response from the recruiter. It was only after I sent a polite inquiry about my application status that the recruiter finally contacted me to inform me that they had moved forward with another candidate. What was most disheartening was the complete lack of basic communication. A simple update or timeframe for a response would have gone a long way in easing the uncertainty and frustration. Instead, I was left in limbo with no information or guidance. When I reached out to express how a bit of communication could have improved my experience, my feedback was ignored.
