Took a literal calendar month for first contact, with some weird reasoning. Done over whatsapp... request for zoom interview? Weird, but ok. Usually, HR calls for first interview not scheduling zoom over whatsapp. After some irrelevant questions it was done and said they'll provide an answer over couple days. Two weeks since then, I occasionally get a call from the HR guy, 2 rings and then he disconnects... calling him back, he doesn't answer 0.o The most incompetent HR I have ever encountered.
