The interview process is pretty standard - opportunity to meet various people in the business where you will need to present a case study and a 30/60/90 day plan across 2-3 interviews. The issue lies with recruitment team. They don't follow up/communicate with candidates post interview. My interview process ran for 7 weeks where I had to chase the recruitment team for feedback after each step - via email, phone & linkedin. They wrapped up the process with an automated email " Thank you for taking the time, we really do appreciate how much you invested. Unfortunately, we won’t be moving forward with your application" Sales Org seem like a good bunch, but the recruitment team either don't have a process in place to manage candidates or they don't respect candidates time
