Process: Call with recruiter, Zoom Call with Hiring Manager, Presentation with Hiring Manager and a Peer and then interview with the CRO. The highlights: 1. Very quick response from the recruiter. This is very important as many companies take weeks to reply to an application. 2. The recruiter fully understood the job she was recruiting for and the skills/experience needed. When I spoke with the recruiter, I felt I was speaking with the hiring manager as she knew a lot about the position and understood what skills were needed in the candidate. 3. The interview with the hiring manager was very professional and friendly. Basically, it recreates a normal business meeting I would have with a partner or customer. The hiring manager is not only assessing your capabilities to do the job but the cultural fit, which is very important. 4. The presentation recreates how you would be presenting to partners/customers. They are not looking for the one million dollar idea to grow, but the process/reasoning behind your ideas. Very conversational... For all candidates out there, this is the most important step in the process. 5. Hiring manager will take time to explain the role, the company and what he/she is looking for. Personally, I received a very attractive offer from another company and I decided to accept it, reason why I withdrew my application. It was a hard decision as my whole experience (and feedback from people who know HiBob) was extremely positive. I highly recommend HiBob as a place to work.
