4 steps: Recruiter, Manager, MD and CRO. I met all the team in the second interview, they also asked me some questions. I was asked not only professional questions but also private ones, about hobbies etc. to see if I would be a good culture fit.

7 touch points with the final 3 all happening in succession on one on-site visit to the office. In those touch points I spoke with Recruiter, Hiring Manager, CRO and potential team mates.

Great interview process, clearly communicated by the recruiting team. Mix of Online and inperson meetings, good mix of theory and application. The team were challenging in a good way, and have a structured process that they follow.

The HiBob interview process is thoughtfully structured across 4 stages. It begins with an initial Recruiter Screening, followed by a Hiring Manager interview. Next, I met with a Team Leader, then participate in a Role Play Exercise to assess practical skills. Successful candidates move forward to receive an Offer.
