I was interviewed by Heywood Pension Technologies for the position of Principal Software Engineer. The process was rigorous but also quick and efficient. The first step was an interesting coding challenge in which the interviewer gradually increased the complexity of the task. The second step focused more on my prior experience as well as my approach to software development. The interviewers gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and gave good honest answers. Overall, a very good experience.
