They reached out to me to apply for the role and gave me a hacker rank test with 4 questions. The test was too long, filled with bugs and incomplete requirements. I informed them and offered to redo it or do another assessment but never heard from them again.

4. Technical interview
5. Culture fit interview
I was interviewed till the third round and it was manageable. But at the end they had hiring freeze and stopped the interview process.

Entrevista
The interview seemed to go smoothly on the surface, as it was conducted with the Engineering Manager. However, it ultimately felt unproductive. Right from the start, I had a strong intuition that it wouldn't result in a favorable outcome, and my prediction held true when I was eventually rejected. The entire process felt flawed and lacking in transparency. I am not applying to this company anymore in the future.
