First call with HR, very standard questions about salary expectations and previous experience. Then the second call with the Chief of Staff was 1hr and 30min long, included a brain teaser and general questions about professional development goals. Final call was with two of the founders where we had a chat about the company's future plans and also the role.

The application process had a total of 3 steps (HR interview, founder interview, and case presentation) During the whole process, I felt very comfortable overall. It was transparent and I got quick feedback.
