Cons:
1. My 2nd round of technical discussion with 'Avinash Balasaheb Jadhav' was disappointing.
2. Questions were irrelevant to real-world project work.
3. The discussion felt confusing, unstructured, and lacked clarity.
4. Did not reflect a fair evaluation of an experienced professional.
Interview Experience:
The interviewer represents the company’s standards, and in this case, that was not demonstrated. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve the interview process for future candidates.
