Got a very bad experience about the interview process.
I was referred by recruitement agency to which hexaware have a tie up with
To my surprise I gave 3 rounds of interview, last round happened just because of the miscommunication between the interviewer, consultancy and company HR.
Note : And all these round without having JD in my hand and neither a Job location
Since the first round, subject line was Data analyst- discussion. But the questions asked in first round adhere to the profile I was looking for.
Second round, interviewer just checked the subject line and started asking me the questions which adhere to more of Data Analyst rather than Data Engineer.
Now my questions here would be
1) How can one just look into a subject line and ask the question
2) Isn't before taking the interview communication happened between the HR and interview or in my case even a consultancy?
3) If 1st round of interview is adhere to the profile i was looking for then does candidate is responsible for not objecting on subject line?
(Yes i was blamed for it).
And me not objecting on it is because 1st round was proper and there are many companies where Job title and requirements are completely different.
Anyways i cleared to the interviewer itself which profile I am interested in. Cause of which the 3rd round got conducted (by this time the subject line change to Data Engineer- Discussion)
Now here comes the climax,
I cleared all the rounds and HR sends me a mail saying i have been selected but doesn't send me an offer letter and asks me to submit soft copies of all my personal details, mention my family members, qualification etc before conductingeven HR round, Although out of all I agree to provide atleast 3 months of salary slip, my offer letter of current employer and my latest appraisal letter and mails them back I am not comfortable sharing my personal information before offer letter being released but also promises them to cooperate once i get it.
Looking at my this reply HR calls me immediately with top of her tone, saying its a Hexaware process why you have a problem where other doesn't (as if my views or doubts are depended upon others). Still not answering why there is a need to know my address my family details to release an offer letter.
Note : I am being polite all the time speaking with her.
Then i point out to their interview process how they screwed up there as well raising a doubt of the process and asking more questions to which she replies "YOU ARE ASKING TO MANY QUESTIONS, I REJECT YOUR CANDIDATURE " and abruptly disconnects the call.
Isn't HR are meant to solve all the doubts that candidate have?
How asking the doubt can be a reason to reject the candidature by HR?

interview process was good , I have been asked various basic questions as a 3 years experienced candidate on all the tech like Sql, ADF,ADLS, ADB .They were on average level but not difficult

The interview started with basic questions related to azure data factory, project architecture and data bricks questions. Project architecture, We use both type 1 and typ2 scd in our project and explained what these are and how we use it in our project, question related to metadata activity, lookup activity
