Meet & Greet 2 However, after asking my referral information & identity documents with no explanation of the purpose, within 2 days they cancelled my recruitment with no clear explanation and says the decision was made before calling my references. I understand internal decision is normal in many organisation, but please also respect the candidate's personal documents, if the company is preferring another candidate why bother asking it.
