Standard first interview on teams where I was told the company were looking for someone young and hungry who they could develop, offered me a second interview which they all said went really well and then moved forward with someone with more experience, I travelled around 250 miles for the interview which all seemed a big waste of time, just tell me on the first interview that I don't have the experience you are looking for, very poor communication in my opinion, would not interview here again.
