3 Step interview one with the recruiter (non tecnical), one with local manager (Tecnical) and one with the US manager or Technical lead (tecnical)
the first two interviews go by General questions on VMWare ESX funcitionality:
- DRS, HA, Fault Tolerance, Port Groups, VSwitches, Distributed Switches, Vmotion.
Windows:
DHCP, AD, Windows Administration,
Linux:
- Networking Commands and related files.
- File and directory management commands
- Directory structure (/etc, /bin. /initd...)
Netwoking:
- general questions on OSI model, private and public addresses ....
