Overall the interview process was very streamlined and well managed. After applying, there was a Webinar that provided background on the implementation of the software, capabilities, and the overarching philosophy of the company. This was followed by a group phone interview to assess compatibility with organization's core values and team dynamics.

Interview process was very thorough-- Phone screen, followed by a conference call from their remote team, then an on-site. This is such a great group of people who truly make the interview process very collaborative amongst their entire team! Additionally, I very much enjoyed the online webinar they provided, which allowed prospective candidates to learn a bit more about their software. Communication with prospective candidates is top notch, and they are meticulous with every detail (call invites, etc). The founders are also very active in the interview process, which I found very professional and personal. Great company!
