Asked a few basic questions about sales. Asked about the challenges faced in your past (What was your biggest challenge that you faced so far?) Straight forward interview.
I interviewed with the regional manager with the branch manager present as well. Both seemed very nice, and the branch manager seemed more nervous than I was.

What was the biggest challenge that you have faced?
The interview was pretty smooth, it was more like a chat with the interviewer. I got asked basic interview questions however I thought that because it was a trainee position.

I applied for this position 1 week before I got a email from a recruiter asking for my resume because "She couldn't see it on her end". Understandable technology messes up sometime cool. I sent her a email with my resume attached and apologized for the inconvenience (knowing damn well it aint my fault) and she didn't respond 3 days later I called her phone number courtesy of her email signature. She apologized and sent me a interview link...... Had the interview with the branch manager seemed like a nice interview. He asked me questions and I answered to the best of my ability, I asked him questions about the day to day and he answered and we ended the call with him giving my his email stating if i had more questions to email him. I send him a Thank you Email about 5 mins later and get no response. 5 days later I go on the Hertz portal to see if they had any other locations a bit closer to me because the location I applied for didn't and instead I find the job I just interviewed for saying I wasn't selected. It would've been nice to have gotten an email so I didn't have to put other applications on hold

terrible process, was too many interviews and to many questions for a MT job. They took to long to get back with me, and would not give the reasons why I was not hired.
