A representative of Hertz called me to schedule an appointment, I took 2 copies of my resume. One copy went to the Manager and one copy was for the person who interviewed me- who was also a manager. I had to return for a second interview- both were 1 on 1.

Typical questions: Have you ever had to deal with difficult customers and if so how did you handle it?
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.

good, smooth. It was a very straight forward interview, i had the first in person, then the second stage was online, after then i didnt hear from then for a while
