Interview process was quick and easy. As long as you come dressed in business professional attire, bring a resume, and have some decent sales experience it should go well. The hiring process however takes longer than necessary and is unpredictable. I have seen people hired within a week, and others take 2 months to process all the paperwork.

We train in behavioral interviews, be specific with your answers. You will be asked to give examples of situations where you solved customer complaints, sold people on items they were initially against, and promoted team involvement. Again, specific examples
In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.
It was a quick 2 step process. Spoke with a recruiter and then GM. They asked similar questions, but the GM interview was more in depth. They wanted to know about my branch numbers and my plan to grow revenue.
