Before getting an initial interview at the main office a phone interview was set up, which is very general and basic asking about your experience and going over your resume. the main interview was where i was confused. the "manager" interviewing me knew nothing about me at all, basically asking the same questions that the phone recruiter asked. The whole interview was basically just him explaining the job to be and me asking questions. It was a really laid back interview though and very non formal. After he told me that the pay was only $10.00 with overtime pay of time and a half I knew then that I was going to decline the offer.

How do you think you can handle a strict sales environment?
Had a good interview. Arrived early for my interview. Regional manager arrived to interview me and was impressed I arrived early. It was a straight forward interview and discussion on the job details and my background in sales.

Entrevista
I applied and on the same day the recruiter reached out to me with an email to set up an interview. I selected a date and time that was available that worked for me. After I scheduled my interview she reached out to me by phone to make sure I understood where the interview was happening and gave me her contact info incase I needed to get ahold of her.
The day of my interview the manager was not there so I contacted the recruiter and she contacted the manager and the manager was there just a few minutes later. The manager was nice and did a good job explaining the job. I received an offer and felt good about accepting it.

Entrevista
I got called into The Villages, FL branch for an interview. I drove 30 minutes and arrived a little early. When I went inside the people told me the Manager was not available and was in meetings all day and they would reschedule. This is nowhere close to following their values "We put people first". Going forward, I would never work for this company and the Manager needs to dealt with for using people.
