The process starts with a phone screening, where a recruiter calls and asks some basic question such as why Hertz and also what experience you have. Then an interview in the Branch is scheduled.
The interview is conducted with a standard packet of questions, related to the job. Such as when did you give great customer service, or deal with an angry customer. The questions are behavioral based and need therefore examples from work experiences or college.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .
