You do a very brief phone interview and then face to face interview. You want to talk about how much you love sales and you are in. They will ask you how well you did in sales on your last job. Did you find the customers difficult. Can you work all shifts. This will include working nights like over night shift but is only for like 2 weeks.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.

good, smooth. It was a very straight forward interview, i had the first in person, then the second stage was online, after then i didnt hear from then for a while
