Ask a lot of questions about customer service and your selling skills. Sell yourself because that's what's the position is about selling things. So be outgoing, smile and always make eye contact. Relax make the interview like you already know the person. So welcome the interview your positive vibes.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
