Very unorganised HR, if you want to know whether you are being considered for a job role or not, you have to keep calling them because they will not inform you. The first interview step was a short telephone call assessing previous experience. The 2nd, face-to-face interview was very improvised; interview partners were very arrogant and unfriendly (would not even shake your hands). After the interview I had to send in additional documents to which I never received any feedback or confirmation. The HR would not inform you about the decision they made if you don't call them yourself to check on the status.

Structured interview process. Interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable. The recruiter doesn’t get back to you regardless of outcome which can be frustrating when interviewing with the company. Initial screening went smooth with HR. Next round of interview was with the hiring manager. The last round was a panel type interview.
