First it was a phone interview. then we scheduled an interview with the recruiter. went to the main office and interviewed with Area Manager and management was impressed so they hired me. didn't feel like the bar was very high.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .
