Brief phone interview. Then an, in office, one on one with regional/ area manager. I then sat with the manager of Dollar/ Thrifty (Hertz sister company) for an hour. Later sat with the sales manager of hertz for an hour. They take the time to decide where you will be best fit.

Alright, sell me this highlighter. I come and buy them every moth for my business, but you have a new, cheaper, equal quality product you want to introduce to me, your loyal, regular customer.

Scheduled online, meet with manager and hired within a week, this was 2022. pretty basic interview, started off as a transporter then bumped up to CSR within 6 months. Nothing anyone can't handle, fairly simple job, you have your good days & bad days.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
