Applied online, received a email from the recruiter, phone interview, interview with area manager, then hired. Interview is pretty easy, they want to know that you will be able to sell, they don't look for too much management experience.

Arrived at one of the Hertz location and interviewed with the location manager. Very friendly and was asked the basic interview questions. The interview took about 30 minutes after the arrival of the location manager. She was at another location .
