Meeting several team members gave me a great feel for the company’s vision and culture. The HR team was exceptionally responsive and flexible with my schedule. I particularly appreciated the skill-based task; it was conducted live during the call with no prep required, making the assessment feel fair and efficient without the need for 'homework.
