Phone screen by R clerk lasted about 15 minutes. The next step was a telephone interview by the hiring manager for 30 minutes. From time of application to receiving a rejection letter took 2 months. Very slow process, and little communication other than the two brief phone calls. ring manager did not respond to follow-up questions.
