Very soon after applying I received an invitation for an interview. I had to choose a 30 minute slot on the website of Henkel. The interview was through FaceTime with HR. I was super excited but the interviewer seemed less excited - more tired and seemed like I was just 1 in 100. There was not much interest in my personality. The interviewer was quite strict about the time, so it was almost impossible to ask any questions. The HR told me that I would get feedback “by the end of the week” but in reality it took 2 weeks to respond after my interview.
