The interview process was very intense and took 3 months to complete. I had 4 different interviews, starting with the recruiter company and then an online assessment with behavioral questions. The third interview was with a peer and the fourth was with the hiring manager from Henkel. While the company's attitude was great, the 3-month interview process was really tough. In the end, I received an automatic email stating that the position was closed, but I was not sure if the position was frozen or if I had not been successful in the process. It would have been helpful if they had communicated clearly with the candidates, as there were only a few of us who made it to the end of the process.
