I thought that this job could be a great mix between my chemical engineer background and my LEAN green belt. Had one interview via Teams which was a nice interview and thereafter a site visit including a nice interview once again. They promised me I would be hearing from them soon. After a week I called and asked if everything was still ok on there side and they told me yes but they were still discussing about the role and I would hear from them very soon. Soon never came and after a month I received an automatic e-mail stating that the postion was filled. I checked, and the position is still open on Linkdin.
