Firstly, I applied directly to Recruitment Team because the referral from previous Manager. Then recruiter called me to review my experience and ask me whether to interview next step with HR Manager. Then we make a MS Team call. It is quite good to share my experiences and it meets with team requirement. The vibe is good and we share what we do and never done before. This position is required more skill to make it complete. I found that it is challenge me to grab this opportunity.

First, screening then you'll be scheduled for an Interview with the hiring manager, if you passed, you will be interviewed by two more regional senior level managers. There is no assessment for this role. The interviewers were nice and professionals, they have shared specifically what they are looking for.
