Two interviews, one with human resources and one technical interview with the Higher manager. The first was about generality why would you like to work here and tell me about yourself and some question about my last experience and What salary do you expect to earn? My second interview was more technical with the higher manager.

Entrevista
Only two levels conducted during the interview, one with HR and the other with the manager. The HR was very accommodating, it went really smooth / no issues. The manager asked about experiences and explain what the job entails.
2 filtros RH y manager del área. Preguntan tus retos profesionales,donde te ves en 5 años, ponen un caso para analizar. Tus expectativas de sueldo y si conoces los giros de la empresa.

Entrevista
Ich hatte zwei Gespräche (HR und Fachbereich) mit Henkel und beide Gespräche waren sehr angenehm und persönlich. Auf eine Rückmeldung musste man auch nicht lange warten. Zudem habe ich nach dem Ausscheiden auf Nachfrage ein Feedbackgespräch erhalten. Nur empfehlenswert!
