I received a phone call about two weeks after filing out an online application. I had a phone interview with a recruiter that week. About a month later, I was attending a conference where they interviewed me again. A month later, they flew me out to have a series of panel interviews. I learned a lot about the company and their expectations. They didn't give me an expected time to hear back so I kept contacting the recruiter for updates. A little offer a month later, the. Recruiter told me that I didn't receive the job.

I had 4 rounds of interviews, including a panel interview with a presentation about myself and a topic.
In the end, they told me to hang tight for next steps, and then completely ghosted me. They never bothered to respond to say I wasn't moving forward. Just left me waiting.

It was smooth and fast. I had 2 interviews. Initial interview with the program head and last with HR and manager. They were all laid back and easy to talk.

Web interview and then in person meeting with three different groups. Met current Prism members, prism program directors and then VPs. Presented on why I was best candidate for the job to the VPs
