It was a 3 stage interview. Due to COVID-19 one was over the phone, one was online and one was in person. In all cases I really appreciated the fact that interviewer informed me about the structure, length, and main topics of the interview before it actually started, which made the whole process transparent, and helped me feel at ease. 50% the questions were interested in my motivation to join the company, and 50% asked for information about my past work experiences.
