First I had phone interview with Henkel recruiter, why I'm applying, what do I know about Henkel etc. After a week I invited to the interview with Team Manager. Interview was interesting, he asked me general questions, explained about position and I calculated 2 economics problems. I didn't expect that, I did it not well. Interview was about 1 hour. After a week I invited to the 2nd round interview with Team Lead and Deputy Team. Interview was about 30 minutes, they said what they want and asked about my interest, expectation etc. Questions you would expect. Who are you? Why do you want to work for us? What is your weakness? What do you know about Henkel? What is your salary expectation?
