Das Vorstellungsgespräch wurde durch eine HR - Dame herbeigeführt. Dafür wurde ein kurzes Telefongespräch geführt, ohne auf Einzelheiten einzugehen. Daraufhin wurde das Skype Interview mit zwei Damen geführt. Zunächst stellten Sie sich vor und erzählten etwas über die mögliche Stelle und deren Aufgaben. Danach habe ich von mir berichtet und wurde zu meinem Lebenslauf befragt.

I submitted my application online and had a conversation with the talent acquisition team regarding my background and the position available. The opportunity appeared quite promising, and I eagerly anticipated the upcoming stages. However, despite my repeated follow-ups, there was no response. It was a long-awaited opportunity to interview and potentially join this esteemed organization. Regrettably, the lack of communication left me disheartened. I would like to offer a suggestion to hiring managers or the talent acquisition team to ensure a level of respect for candidates, as this opportunity may hold significant value for them, even if it may seem inconsequential to you.
