Very good, phone, then onsite in plant then onsite at corporate office. They don't do anything very scientific here. Don't overthink it and you will be godd. The HR department will interview you first and if you are in a specialized field they will ask standard questions. key here is not to choke. If you speak and present well and answer logically you will pass easily. The HR department is very large at Hendrickson and have lots of free time to do many phone interviews. So chances are there will be others in contention for your job. Say soem thigns that help you stand out and mention how much you like the Chicago and Canton areas. you say this you will be in.

Entrevista
The first thing was a computer test on excel to see if you had basic skills. It was a standard test. Highlight specific rows and columns. Insert numbers then get a sum. Very simple if you have used excel. Then it was your basic interview questions. Past work experience, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc. The key to doing well is studying the job description and brushing up on all of the terms used in it because that is what they are going to inquire about.
