1st round : 2 Hour structured interview with line manager
2nd round: 2 hour structured interview with HR, a senior lady still living in the 70th's in every manner.
3st. round: team, when I got a list with 100+ technologies, I should talk about. The list was compiled by a network technician. Largely off topic.
I found pretty embarrassing getting Interviewed for a senior security position by 6 people completely noob in security.

Test sheet with a very basic problem, like you get an incident ticket, you are 3rd level support, 1st/2nd level found nothing, what do you do?
