The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer clearly explained the responsibilities of the role, the company's values and the expectations for the position. I also had an opportunity to ask questions and received detailed answers. The overall atmosphere was friendly and comfortable.
The recruitment process with Inna Petrashova was clear and consecutive, which consisted of the language test + one freehand task + the job interview with a Team Lead (Viktoriia Buchynska for me, who provided a great and smooth process). Be ready to spend 4-5 hours for this overall.

Entrevista
First, the interviewer told me in detail about the company, processes, system, work tasks. Then about the vacancy itself, its features, tasks and questions that arose in my mind along the way. The 2nd stage was an interview in English where they asked a few questions about my past work experience. And the third stage was a task where I had to analyze a member's problem and write its solution in the chat using a link. And at the end of the interview, I could ask many questions that interested me, the interviewer was happy to provide me with all the answers to the questions that interested me.
