Mixed feelings. I had two stages of interviews. The second one was so amazing—she made it feel like I was speaking to a friend. With fashion companies it's more about who you get along with rather than hard design skills (many people have that) so I thought I did great. However, after the interview I reached out to the hiring manager and she never responded back. That was extremely frustrating as candidates deserve a rejection notice for their time, it makes the company looks extremely unprofessional.
