Had a phone interview with company recruiter who was very easy/nice to talk to. I was asked to come in for a 2 hour in house interview with three employees. The VP of Finance, the manager of the role (sales ops), and marketing director. Both the finance and marketing employees were easy to talk to and their session of the interview was only 30 mins and it was more conversational. The hour long portion with the manager of sales ops was tougher as she brought in what appeared to be 3 print off hypothetical behavioral questions in which she wrote down notes of my answers. The recruiter greeted me when I arrived for the interview, but he did not come back after the 2 hours and I was left to pretty much see myself out.
