Well I took a day off of work to go visit their plant as part of the process. I was supposed to have two interviews while I was there, and neither HR leader showed.

This was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The recruiter was late and didn't message me, which happens but it keeps getting worst. She didn't listen to my responses, and didn't understand the job duties. She also mentioned that the hiring manager may not be interested in my application, so the conversation was a complete waste of my time and like some other individual's interview experiences, she tried to short changed my experiences. It was one of the most aggravating interview experiences I've ever had. I hope the company does a quality check on their interview process as it seems to be a trend.
