There were two sets of interviews, one with the hiring manager and the second with the operations head. they asked about what interests you about operations. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Applied for an internship position in Milan,
Fast process but very random and generic questions, they sent a very long business case that you had to give back on the same day, (10+ excel sheets + PP Presentation) it was very industry specific and required to know all the excel formulas they use + build a PP presentation about improving a very specific process, and everything for an internship.
Very demanding for no reasons as it was an internship w/o possibility to extend, doesn't look like they want to teach anything but rather hire over-qualified interns to do their boring and long manual tasks.
I received a full-time offer for tesla HQ in amsterdam and the interview process was half this demanding tbh
