I had three rounds of interview; technical, behavioural and general. HelloFresh team were very mindful of my time. I had interviews with the Product Lead, team lead and tech. Questions were pragmatic and challenging. Being in the product field for close to 10 years, I loved the approach as they were looking for someone who can lead the team, has problem-solving skills and endures resilience on top of standard PO skillsets.

The process is well structured and fast: 1. Screening call with the recruiter 2. Case study 3. Interview with the hiring manager 4. Interview with the engineering manager 5. Final round with VP product I enjoyed talking with everyone in the team.
