Well structured Process in general.
However, unfortunately, it did not really leave the impression that it is intended to be a two way "getting to know each other"- as they say themselves their environment is not for everyone...
Despite repeated assurance for time to ask questions, not always the time taken to give answers beyond "you won't get this level of detail when you work here" or "we don't have time to answer this just now" and once asked again, 5 mins after meeting time finished "I don't have time to talk all day"
An important value for them is "relentless prioritisation".
Also it might be good for applicants to trust their intuition, when they are offered a contract with a 1 day window to sign off the contractual details - ...and maybe take a screen shot of the job ad when you apply, so clarifications can be discussed, if need be.

This place is trying to be like an elite Amazonesque tech company with their demands of candidates, except they lack the efficiency in both hiring process and strength as a company. Thus, the arrogant demands and time wasting of candidates made the overall process negative. However, I did at least have the {nowadays rare} pleasure of working with a pleasant, professional, and responsive Talent Acquisition senior manager.
I’ll caveat this by saying I applied to a role that was a lower level/lower pay than my prior job at a better company, but that’s the job market these days. So not a reach position or title jump. But I was ok with it because it was a new industry and focusing more deeply on one element of what I previously did. It fell under Marketing.
Here are the many steps:
1. Recruiter interview - PASSED.
2. Hiring Manager interview - PASSED.
3. Another senior leader interview - PASSED.
4. Another senior leader interview where they did a screen share and had me do a math problem while they watched onscreen (on Google sheets, not even Excel) - PASSED.
5. Another senior leader - PASSED.
6. Written assessment homework assignment - SUBMITTED.
7. CMO final interview - DIDN’T HAPPEN.
After submitting the written assessment (which was very well written - the point of it - but maybe my business example in it was what was being tested?), I was ignored for 8 days, and then told they were “moving in another direction”. Apparently they were looking for more tenured experience in another area; ie, something they were aware of about me from 1.5 months ago. Not me performing poorly on any of these excessive interviews, analytical tests, or writing. So basically I passed every hurdle… and then they just decided they wanted a different type of person. Also skeptical if they ever hired anybody after all of that because I don’t even see anyone with that title at the company under that hiring manager!
It’s a shame because I felt positive about them early on in the process, but the complete disrespect of candidate time and lack of focus on what they need makes this company seem weaker than they seem to realize. Proceed with caution unless you have a lot of time on your hands to spare.

It was organized well, feedback were provided timely. Recruitment team was very approachable. Good role clarity provided in interview, attitude displayed by interviewers were really good. Effective communication, tools are followed to schedule interviews

Interviewed directly with the COO, who seemed unsure with what she wanted from the role. One last minute interview was requested with less than 24 hours notice. A live case study was provided, which worked well. However, the company decided to downgrade the role to a lower position (after 2 months and 3 interviews from me) that did not meet my role or salary expectations, so I withdrew. I expect this after perhaps one interview, but not after such an extensive recruitment period - a complete waste of time.
