3. Excel test (that took quite a while for me personally)
4. Video call with the hiring manager
5. Video call with another member of the team
6. Video call with director-level team member
7. Video call with recruiter to present an offer
Overall, the interview process was smooth, professional, and transparent. They moved very quickly in planning the calls and asked challenging but expected questions. The team seemed kind and genuinely excited to speak with me. I received no response after I politely declined the offer which I thought was odd, but I am guessing they needed to move along quickly to the next candidate.

Entrevista
The first two interviews were really good. I had really great conversations with the direct supervisor for the role and a cross functional teammate. Then it got dicey. My third interview was two parts, an interview and a test. The interview part was decent. We discussed metrics and KPI's that I was familiar with measuring and how I would use them to do data storytelling. The test part was a mess. As someone with ADHD who has always had some difficulty taking tests, it was nerve wracking to have someone watch over you while you worked through problems that you had no way to prepare for. This is not a thoughtful exercise on how to measure skills or how someone works under pressure, neurodivergence aside. However the worst came in the final interview with Jorge Samayoa, who I believe is now the CMO somehow. Prior to my interview I had to prepare a 1-2 page writeup on a marketing initiative that I had worked on and how it turned out. I figured that we would discuss that in the interview after he had time to digest it. But no, not only was he late to the interview, he made me sit there for several minutes while he silently read it. After that he began to grill me on every detail, asking for specific information that legally I could not share. He was aggressive and arrogant, I can not see how he could be an effective leader of people being as unapproachable as he was. Needless to day I did not get that job but after meeting with him I really didn't want it. Since then I've noticed many jobs in marketing opening up at HelloFresh...wonder why.
